Pho Restaurants partnered with Cook School at this year’s Abergavenny Food Festival in a sponsorship deal brokered by Reg&Co. Featuring inspirational speakers such as Jose Pizarro, Asma Khan, Bee Wilson, and Olly Smith the festival is widely recognised as one of the UK’s leading food festivals for chefs, food businesses, journalists, farmers, and producers to come together.
Cook School and Pho undertook to teach 200 plus children to make Vietnamese Summer Rolls for free across the weekend. Also working with Iain Jackson, head chef at Rougemont School in Newport, were children as young as 3 – grating carrots and radishes to add to their delicious summer rolls.
