Earth Season at Somerset House, in conjunction with Filipino artist-designer Leeroy New, will focus on the untold human story of climate change through a large-scale participatory installation in the courtyard. This monumental installation will be made from plastic found onsite and in the surrounding area and will confront audiences with the scale of single use plastic waste affecting the UK, and the rest of the world.

Community – work with local creatives & communities to develop research and content around Leeroy New’s work
Content – work with Leeroy New to produce content exploring the urgent issues of sustainability
Programming – plug-in to events, music, food & performance around the exhibition
Access – benefit from exclusive access to Leeroy New and take advantage of the premium venue that is Somerset House
The core Somerset House audience is predominantly experience-seeking millennials and the reach of the campaign is expected to reach 2m digitally.
It will also gain national and international press coverage.
